Sketchup Return Policy?
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original transaction. To request a refund, contact the Support team using the Customer Support contact form. The refund request must come from the same email address or company domain associated with the SketchUp account. Include the email address used for the transaction, the account number, and the date of the transaction.
If a refund is approved within 14 days, the subscription will be canceled, and access to any SketchUp subscription plan features will be revoked. Users can continue to use SketchUp as a SketchUp Free user, which includes SketchUp for Web, 10 GB of Trimble Connect cloud storage, SketchUp Viewer, and 3D Warehouse.
Subscription plans come with unlimited Trimble Connect cloud storage, while free plans provide only 10 GB of cloud storage. If the subscription is canceled and there are more than 10 GB of files in the Trimble Connect account, users can still access those files but cannot add any new files until the storage is under the 10 GB limit.
If it has been more than 14 days after the date of purchase, users can continue to use the plan until the end of the subscription term. To ensure the plan does not renew at the end of the subscription, disable auto-renew in the Plan Settings.
